of olive oil

Instructions
Slice 4 tomatoes in ¼" slices
Slice the mozzarella into ¼" slices
Arrange artfully on a platter
Top with chopped herbs
Finish with olive oil, salt, and pepper
Notes
This recipe can scale very easily! Do 1 tomato per person and ½ a fresh mozzarella per person
